- State of the art video surveillance system, with high resolution cameras & sound. The surveillance system has motion detectors giving it the ability to send alerts when motion is detected on the property in off hours.
- Gate operator security system that documents who is in and out of the property at all times.
- Property is fully fenced in with a new commercial grade 8’ high chain link fence with barbwire.
- New LED site lights covering the entire property, the lights are on a photo cell so that they remain on all night or come on during the day if it is overcast or storming. New LED wall pack lights on the covered storage so that all sides are lit.

Easy check in process. Friendly service. Nice (and new) storage facility. We have only been storing our camper there for a few days but it seems quite secure with fencing all around and barbed wiring at the top. Conveniently located on Viera boulevard. Only a select few covered spots available but if they expand that it will be perfect. They also have a dumping and flush out station!

Vera Boat and RV Storage was a great place to deal with. Newly opened in the Suntree/Viera area. The area was nice and open and easily manageable with a large Fifth Wheel. They also provide water and sewer dump. Coleman was always very friendly on the phone and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
